Talento has partnered with a Global Financial institution looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be responsible for sourcing, assessing, managing postings and approvals through their ATS and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers
• Opening positions in our ATS
• Sourcing candidates
• Screening and interviewing applicants
• Coordinating interview scheduling
• Following up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
• Running background checks
• Managing recruitment activities from intake to offer stage

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Financial services experience a plus
