Associate Sales Manager
Talento has collaborated with a thriving e-commerce enterprise in Miami, seeking a Sales Strategist with a penchant for retail endeavors. This individual will showcase keen attention to detail, adept organizational skills, and a drive for new knowledge. The position is responsible for major accounts, with a strong emphasis on administrative finesse and time management. An aspiration for advancement within our company is paramount. Adaptability and swift execution are key qualities for a seamless transition into this role! The selected candidate will spearhead the formulation of sales blueprints to meet or surpass annual revenue projections. This encompasses nurturing existing client relationships while exploring avenues for fresh growth opportunities.

• Devise and execute strategic sales schemes to fulfill company's annual financial targets.
• Oversee existing clientele while prospecting for new business.
• Cultivate enduring rapport with pivotal clients.
• Conduct market appraisals via sales data analysis, competitive market scrutiny, and intel gathering.
• Craft tailored PowerPoint presentations for pivotal clients on a seasonal or programmatic basis.
• Monitor monthly budget versus monthly shipments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary squads to shepherd each sale from inception to program delivery.
• Propose enhancements to augment sales procedures and efficacy.
• Prioritize margin optimization and cost minimization endeavors.
• Oversee sample coordination with the Product Development unit for pertinent accounts (inclusive of compiling, labeling, organizing, and assessing sample quality).
• Dispatch sample allocations to designated accounts as necessitated.

• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Retail, Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or akin discipline.
• Demonstrated track record as a Sales Manager, Merchant, or analogous capacity.
• Proficient grasp of retail arithmetic, devising sales strategies, and/or executing market surveys.
• Preferred, though not mandatory: Background in Floral and/or Home Décor.
• Superlative communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
• Collaborative mindset coupled with a proactive demeanor. Must readily adapt to evolving scenarios and daily operational demands.
• Exemplary organizational proficiencies.
• Capacity to juggle myriad tasks in a dynamic setting, including adept planning and task prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
• Competence in data analysis and trend interpretation to steer strategic decision-making.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a history of attaining and surpassing sales objectives.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
