Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Overview:
TalentoHCM has partnered with an industry leading property management company who is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join the team in the Kissimmee area. You will pay a key role in providing exceptional service in an inbound call center to support homeowners, Board of Directors, and internal team members throughout the organization.
In Office Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries: Efficiently handle incoming phone calls and emails from homeowners, addressing a diverse range of questions and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist walk-in homeowners at the front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Deliver accurate and timely information: Provide clear, concise, and accurate answers to all homeowner inquiries.
- Maintain thorough records: Document all homeowner interactions for historical reference and to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with online payments: Guide homeowners through the online payment process and troubleshoot any issues.
- Resolve homeowner problems: Identify and address homeowner concerns, providing effective solutions and troubleshooting assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual required; Spanish & English
- At least 1 year of experience handling a high volume of customer calls and emails
