Director, Paid Social
Talento has partnered with an organization in Charlotte seeking a Director of Paid Social to lead the strategic development and execution of paid social initiatives across a portfolio of 8 companies. The Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive paid social strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in social media advertising, particularly with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram, and a strong focus on innovation, optimization, and continuous learning.

Requirements
- Develop and lead the execution of a paid social strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on outperforming third-party affiliates across all business units.
- Scale the paid social channel to represent over 10% of total sales by the end of the first year, maintaining a competitive marketing cost.
- Drive automation within the paid social channel, leveraging AI for content and ad creation. Identify and implement tools to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Design and execute full lifecycle flows by integrating paid social with other channels, such as email, website, SMS, and phone.
- Build and oversee a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy tailored to paid social. Implement robust A/B and multivariate testing (MVT) processes to enhance lead quality and flow.
- Develop and refine customer cluster models to optimize targeting efforts, increasing investment in positive customer segments while minimizing wasteful spending.
- Create comprehensive reporting systems to provide actionable insights to the team and business stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.
- Continuously explore and implement innovative strategies to overcome challenges, applying growth hacking principles to enhance performance across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in paid social strategy or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business results.
- In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram. Experience with CRO, Landing Page Optimization (LPO), and A/B testing.
- Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with AI and automation tools for content creation and ad management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
