HR Analytics Specialist
Talento has partnered with an enterprise organization that's building out the HR Analytics function on this key hire for the team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will build and provide analytics to the HR organization that contribute to the priorities and strategic objectives to the department and overall company. This person should have a good understanding of Human Resources and be able to pull and analyze data effectively to support decision making. In addition to having a strong analytical, presentation, and Excel skills, you need to be comfortable working in an environment that is building out structure so priorities may shift.
Responsibilities
- Develop recurring reports and ad hoc data analysis in support of the AVP; identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and analyze reports and presentations across the department.
- Work with different leaders on programs and projects to ensure reporting is aligned with overall HR goals.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed and when time allows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Analytics preferred.
- 2+ years of Data Analytics experience, HR Analytics strongly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. SQL preferred.
- Excellent analytics skills, able to pull and interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Able to perform well amid changing priorities and under strict deadlines.
