Job Title: HRIS Analyst – Workday

Job Description: We are seeking a HRIS Analyst with experience in Workday to support the HRIS team on a 3-month contract basis. As a Junior HRIS Analyst, you will work closely with the HRIS team to assist in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday system. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of HRIS platforms, is eager to learn, and has a passion for HR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Workday system to support HR functions, including but not limited to talent management, payroll, benefits, and employee data.
- Provide support in gathering and documenting requirements for Workday projects and enhancements.
- Perform routine system audits and data validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data.
- Generate and customize Workday reports and dashboards based on HR team needs.
- Support HRIS testing for new functionality, system upgrades, or configurations in Workday.
- Assist in the integration of Workday with other HR systems as needed.
- Respond to user inquiries regarding system functionality and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in HRIS-related projects and initiatives to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Basic understanding of Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation.
- Familiarity with reporting tools within Workday, such as Workday Report Writer, a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
