Lifestyle (Activities/Program) Director – CONTRACT

TalentoHCM has partnered with an industry leading property management company who is seeking a temporary Lifestyle (Activities/Programs) Director to support a large community in Apollo Beach, Florida.


  • Cultivating a vibrant and engaging community:
    • Develop and execute a diverse calendar of events and activities for residents of all ages and interests.
    • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes resident interaction and community spirit.
    • Partner with local businesses and organizations to offer unique experiences and benefits for residents.
  • Enhancing Resident Experience:
    • Oversee resident services and amenities, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
    • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Organize social gatherings and events that foster resident connections and build a sense of belonging.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional presence:
    • Collaborate effectively with property management staff, maintenance personnel, and leasing teams.
    • Oversee the upkeep and beautification of common areas to create an attractive and inviting environment.
    • Ensure adherence to all community policies and procedures.


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, community management, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven success in planning, organizing, and executing engaging events and activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents of diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent customer service focus with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software a plus.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for building a thriving community.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service focused with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
