The Role
The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will spearhead the development of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and target demographics. This role involves creating engaging content across various platforms like emails, LinkedIn, and blogs, showcasing the organization's expertise in recruitment and executive search. You will oversee end-to-end content creation, from conceptualization to execution, including design and copywriting, ensuring high-quality and impactful materials.

How You Make an Impact
As the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, content strategy development, performance marketing, and campaign management. In this role you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through targeted content creation and distribution across various channels such as emails, LinkedIn, Google Ads, blogs, whitepapers, and website content.

What you will be responsible for:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience
  • Identify content themes and formats that resonate with the target audience, addressing pain points
  • Showcase the firm's expertise in recruitment and executive search
  • Outline the creation, distribution, and promotion of content across various channels

Performance Marketing:

  • Utilize content strategy to execute performance marketing campaigns
  • Focus on driving revenue growth through targeted content creation and distribution
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify high-converting channels
  • Identify audience segments for targeted messaging strategies

End-to-End Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality content from concept to execution
  • Oversee design and copywriting processes
  • Create various content types including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, email content, and social media content

Content Calendar Management:

  • Create a content calendar for consistent delivery of content
  • Include scheduled content and campaign launches in the calendar
  • Maintain the content calendar to ensure timely execution across channels and platforms

Campaign Management:

  • Develop omnichannel marketing campaigns using performance marketing and content strategies
  • Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, including emails, LinkedIn, Google Ads, blogs, whitepapers, and website content
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
  • Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to refine campaign tactics, improve audience targeting, and maximize campaign performance

Experience and knowledge requirements for the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or a human resources-related field preferred.
  • B2B experience required.
  • Recruiting, staffing, executive search marketing experience a plus.
  • HubSpot understanding and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), PowerPoint, Canva, and other Content Creation/Planning Tools.
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience.
  • Track record of building content strategy that converts into revenue.
  • Experience spearheading omnichannel marketing campaigns including social media, email, and web channels.
  • Passionate about enabling businesses through talent development and acquisition.
  • High level of detail and understanding for creating content for senior business executives.
  • Experience with SEO research to understand trending topics that will help drive conversions.
