Sr. Director, Transformation Leader- HR Shared Services

Talento Human Capital has partnered with a global, $3b organization with 55k employees in search of a Sr. Director, Transformation Leader-HR Shared Services. As the Sr. Director, you will hold a key position in leading and implementing strategic initiatives to revolutionize and streamline HR operations within a shared services framework. You will primarily focus on guiding a team responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee inquiries, HRIS management, and related services.


  • Drive strategic vision for HRIS implementation, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Refine roadmap for HR Shared Services transformation with senior leadership.
  • Lead HR teams, setting performance metrics for service delivery.
  • Streamline HR processes, enhancing user experience and resource allocation.
  • Implement standardized workflows for efficiency gains.
  • Manage change for smooth transitions to new processes and systems.
  • Ensure positive employee experience and promote self-service capabilities.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and data security measures.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with IT for technology optimization and system enhancements.



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 15+ years' experience in HR operations, shared services, or similar roles, with proven leadership.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance, including payroll, benefits, HRIS.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, adept at collaboration across all levels.
  • Analytical with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms and process automation, including Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Knowledgeable about legal and regulatory HR requirements.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
