Overview
Our client is seeking a Treasury Manager to run day-to-day global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity, banking, hedging, and treasury controls. Working closely with the Director of Finance & Treasury, this person will help set and execute treasury strategy, support capital structure and risk decisions, drive technology and process improvements, and supervise a small treasury team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash & liquidity: Manage daily, short-term, and long-term liquidity planning to cover operating and capital needs.
• Banking operations: Oversee domestic and international cash operations, bank and merchant processor relationships, corporate card programs, and letters of credit, guarantees, and bonds.
• Policies & controls: Build and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Strategy: Partner with leadership on treasury strategy and provide analysis on market trends and opportunities.
• Risk management: Lead FX, interest rate, and counterparty risk mitigation and manage hedging programs in line with internal and external requirements.
• Reporting & forecasting: Own treasury reporting, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis. Support lender relationships and covenant compliance.
• Technology & process: Lead treasury system adoption, automation, and ERP integrations to improve efficiency.
• Special projects: Represent treasury on cross-functional growth and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 7+ years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience
