Rocio Rodriguez is Director, Customer Development & Experience, leading our customer experience team in delivering talent acquisition and human capital consulting solutions to our customers. Previously, Rocio served as Manager, Customer Experience implementing a Contingent Workforce Program and Technology recruiting strategy for a large enterprise account.
Prior to TalentoHC, Rocio served as Director of Client Services at a national technology recruiting firm and as a Manager of Human Resources overseeing employee relations, recruiting and learning/development for a $500m information technology services organization. Prior to that, Rocio spent 7 years as a Senior Account Manager for a Top 4 IT recruiting services firm. Rocio attended Purdue University.
