About the Opportunity
TalentoHC is seeking an experienced Manager, Employee Relations / Human Resources Business Partner to support a leading organization in Miami on an approximately six-month contract engagement.
This role will partner closely with leaders and employees across multiple functions, with a strong focus on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and HR business partner support.
The ideal candidate brings strong Employee Relations expertise along with the ability to support broader HR projects, organizational initiatives, talent processes, and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, pulse surveys, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.
- Manage and execute HR projects and annual people processes, including talent management, promotions, compensation planning, organizational changes, workforce planning, and process improvements.
- Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee and organizational matters and support the execution of people strategies.
- Develop presentations, reports, communications, and executive-ready materials for leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations related to employee relations, talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and other HR Centers of Excellence to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with significant Employee Relations and HR Business Partner responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters.
- Experience leading HR projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
