YOUR PURPOSE

You will gain hands-on exposure to the full recruiting and search process, including talent research, sourcing, candidate engagement, market mapping, initial assessment, and pipeline development. Working alongside experienced recruiters and search professionals, you will learn how to translate business and talent needs into effective search strategies and candidate experiences.

WHERE YOU'LL MAKE YOUR MARK
- Research & Market Mapping: Conduct talent research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to identify relevant professionals and understand talent landscapes across different industries and markets.
- Candidate Assessment: Participate in initial candidate conversations and assessments, evaluating professional background, capabilities, motivation, and alignment with search requirements.
- Search Execution: Partner with recruiters and search professionals to support search strategy, candidate pipeline development, research, reporting, and other activities throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn the Business: Develop knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Human Capital, and the industries and markets served by TalentoHC.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE ONE
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional and international environment.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
- Previous internship in Human Resources, customer-facing, or Sales is valued.
- Previous recruiting experience is not required; we are looking for strong potential, and a genuine interest in developing a career with TalentoHC.
