About the Opportunity
TalentoHC is partnering with an industry-leading organization to identify a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide recruiting strategy during an exciting period of continued growth.
This executive leader will oversee talent acquisition across both hourly and salaried hiring, developing scalable recruiting strategies that support business objectives, strengthen workforce planning, and ensure the organization attracts top talent in highly competitive markets. Working closely with executive leadership and operational teams, this individual will play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term talent strategy.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on recruiting leader with experience building high-performing teams, leveraging data and technology to improve recruiting performance, and creating an exceptional candidate experience while elevating employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast workforce needs and build proactive recruiting plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple business functions and geographic locations.
- Build scalable sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Establish recruiting KPIs and leverage analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance the candidate experience and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Optimize recruiting processes through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technology, and recruiting best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance throughout the hiring and selection process.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and external recruiting partners.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices.
- Stay current on labor market trends, competitive talent intelligence, and innovative recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years leading enterprise recruiting teams.
- Proven success managing high-volume recruiting across both hourly and professional hiring.
- Experience developing and executing enterprise talent acquisition strategies within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success using recruiting metrics and workforce analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience with Workday and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
