With over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition, Daniela has a proven track record of leading regional recruitment teams, building and scaling talent acquisition functions, enhancing candidate experience, and leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic hiring decisions in fast-paced, multicultural environments. At TalentoHC, she collaborates closely with business leaders to streamline recruitment processes and align talent strategies with organizational growth.
Before joining TalentoHC, Daniela held progressively talent acquisition roles, most recently at Liberty Networks, where she led end-to-end recruitment efforts, partnered with senior stakeholders, and drove strategic hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. Her expertise includes talent acquisition strategy, stakeholder management, hiring manager enablement, recruitment process optimization, and workforce planning.
Daniela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Outside of work, Daniela enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and capturing meaningful moments through photography. Her faith is a central part of who she is and continues to guide both her personal and professional journey.
