John Huff is a senior finance, strategy, and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading organizations across the United States and Latin America. He currently serves as Vice President of Finance at TalentoHC, where he supports financial strategy, business planning, operational discipline, and the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
Before joining TalentoHC, John spent nearly a decade with AMC Networks, ultimately serving as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Latin America division. In that dual role, he led the region’s financial strategy and operations while overseeing its commercial, content, marketing, and promotional activities.
Earlier in his career, John held regional finance leadership positions with Anixter and John Crane and worked in finance, strategy, risk, and commercial operations roles at American Express, Citrix, and Citigroup.
His functional expertise includes P&L leadership, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, cash-flow management, corporate finance, M&A, business transformation, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvement. His industry experience spans media and entertainment, technology, industrial manufacturing, distribution, financial services, human capital solutions, and professional services.
