Matt Wilson is EPM Practice Manager at TalentoHC, where he is responsible for growing market share across the OneStream and Oracle EPM ecosystems.
With eight years of experience in technology recruitment, Matt specializes in developing new business, expanding existing client relationships, and building long-term partnerships with both candidates and clients. At TalentoHC, he works closely with business leaders, candidates, clients, and internal teams to connect organizations with the right talent efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining TalentoHC, Matt began his recruitment career with Frank Recruitment Group before joining R2 as its second employee. Throughout his tenure, he has played an important role in the growth of the business, becoming the first person at R2 to bill $100,000 in a single month and earning recognition as the company’s top biller in 2021.
