Meet Vanessa
Vanessa Stern is Director of Customer Development and Experience specializing in Creative, Marketing, and Technology for Advertising, Entertainment, Fashion, Healthcare, and Real Estate clients.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Vanessa attended a girls’ Catholic college preparatory school, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in La Canada Flintridge. Her passion for the arts led her to pursue a BA in Media Arts with a Double Minor in Art History and Graphic Design from The University of Arizona.
Before her career in recruitment, she worked in business development in the interior design industry. As a natural connector, she transitioned to recruitment, working for 10 years at Robert Half International managing the Creative and Marketing team in Los Angeles. She went on to work for New York-based Solomon Page expanding their West Coast footprint and operations.
She spent the last 2 years in-house at Paramount+ working on the tech strategy team focused on scaling its engineering headcount. With a combined 15 years of experience, she recently joined Talento going back to her roots in staffing.
She lives in Brentwood with her husband Josh and 3 children Barron, Serena, and McLaren.
