The Role
The Director, Sales – Technology Recruiting Solutions will spearhead development of new account growth within the assigned market. This customer-focused role is responsible for achievement of sales goals and client growth targets alongside delivery of a world class hiring experience for clients. The Director is a key management position that roles their sleeves up and works closely with our internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve problems through expertise.
Leadership
- Serve as a key evangelist and subject matter expert in Talent aligned with our vision with the local market, internal company associates and all who interact with this individual
Sales
- Develop comprehensive sales plan with weekly forecasting to achieve business objectives for assigned practice, vertical or geography
- Develop prospecting plan to drive coordinated sales activities
- Successfully build relationships, understand customer pain points and provide value to them through logically assembled information for them to consume and act on
- Create proposals, statements of work and price opportunities
Client Development & Experience
- Partner with client’s human resources and/or recruiting teams & hiring managers to effectively understand and document behavioral, aptitude, cognitive, skill, etc. requirements to conduct an effective search
- Develop & manage project schedules and ongoing status reporting and updates internally and with clients
- Oversee the client submission process ensuring candidates meet all client requirements and have all necessary documentation to be appropriately presented to the client while ensuring our experience
Candidate Operations
- Partner internally with Recruiting team to interpret requirements effectively in a pro-active, coordinated way
- Share knowledge with colleagues and be hands-on to enable sourcing, outreach, and assessment efficiency
- Assess candidates for key searches
Marketing
- Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that drive lead generation, strategic alliances, thought leadership, etc. resulting in market activation and growth
- Participate actively in trade, professional and industry associations to develop contacts while contributing meaningfully to the purpose of the associations
Projects & Infrastructure
- Supports the CEO and management team on key projects both in the country, region and across the enterprise
Experience and knowledge requirements for the Director, Sales – Technology Recruiting Solutions:
- Passionate about enabling businesses through human capital
- 15 years of recruiting & human resources experience
- 7+ years as a team lead – developing, hiring, onboarding recruiting professionals
- 5+ years owning a large, complex customer relationship with proven success driving a land and expand approach
- 10+ years’ experience in sourcing and candidate assessment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction
- Pride in delivering quality work, every time
- Fluent in English. Spanish preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
