Sr. eCommerce Specialist
Talento has partnered with a large organization in Miami searching for an eCommerce Specialist who will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing merchandising and personalization campaigns aimed at driving sales for designated eCommerce revenue categories. You will use channels such as web analytics, research, and behavioral data to generate innovative ideas and recommendations with a focus on optimizing KPI's and increasing revenue. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage personalization and promotional campaigns, including A/B testing, dynamic banners, promotion setup, and guest segmentation, to support revenue and communication goals in each category. 
  • Execute merchandising strategies by utilizing web analytics and behavioral data to inform product creation and updates, optimize product ranking and sorting, and manage web banners and targeting rules.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide e-commerce briefs and oversees the production of marketing materials. 
  • Produce and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing web analytics, behavioral data, and campaign performance metrics. These reports assess campaign effectiveness, track performance against KPIs, and offer recommendations for improving guest marketing and communication strategies.
  • Lead complex projects and initiatives across multiple departments, including eCommerce, Communications, Casino, and Brand Marketing. Provides guidance and mentorship to Specialists as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar 
  • 5+ years of experience supporting an eCommerce consumer facing department 
  • Experience in A/B Testing, CMS systems, and web analytics 
  • Knowledge of data management platforms to track consumer behavior highly preferred 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge and use of MS Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) 
  • Aviation, Cruise, or Hotel experience highly preferred
