SAP Performance Engineer

Talento has partnered with an innovative technology firm seeking a skilled Performance Engineer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring peak system performance through rigorous testing, analysis, and optimization, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing solutions for enterprise-level applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
- Minimum of 4 years working in IT roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in system performance testing, particularly with enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with end-to-end software development processes.
- Experience in modern development practices, including Lean and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on software testing experience, focusing on performance optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of performance evaluation for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Practical experience with system implementations, including new installations or upgrades.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Skilled in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and identify performance issues using various testing tools.
- Familiarity with service-based architectures and API integrations.
- Strong command of SQL query optimization and system tuning techniques.
- Experience with performance monitoring software like Dynatrace or similar tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to Have:
- Expertise in optimizing cloud-based platforms and advanced integration services.
- Knowledge of database and application performance monitoring.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and code management best practices.
