Onsite – Community Association Manager
Overview
TalentoHCM has partnered with an industry leading property management company who is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of a community association, ensuring a positive living environment for residents while maintaining compliance with governing documents and state laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of community association operations under the direction of the Developer or Board of Directors and regional CAM Director.
- Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with the Board, residents, vendors, developers, and other corporate employees.
- Manage the financial aspects of the association, including preparing budgets, billing and collecting assessments, and overseeing financial reporting.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of all common areas and amenities, including routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep residents informed about community news, events, and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address potential issues.
- Enforce association rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations governing community associations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Community Association Manager (Florida CAM license required).
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of community association operations, including finance, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting practices.
- In-depth knowledge of community association governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws) and state laws.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service focused with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
