Casino Credit & Data Processing Coordinator
Talento has partnered with a large organization on a temp role under the Treasury and Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will work with Casino guests and reps in administering, documenting, and monitoring issuance of credits. In addition, there will be responsibilities around research, investigate, and resolve any credit card disputes, wire transfer issues, or returned checks. This team is responsible for the processing and documentation on any requests surrounding wins, losses, and taxable forms for guests.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of working experience in administrative role such as in banking, bookkeeping, or relevant role
- Experience in credit or loan departments is preferred
- Casino experience preferred
- Knowledge of computer report tracking and graph presentation
- Must have problem solving skills and be detail oriented in order to identify discrepancies
- Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office with basic to intermediate Excel skills for reports
- Spanish fluency is preferred
