Building Coordinator (Contract)
Talento has partnered with a large organization Headquartered near the Fort Lauderdale airport on a search for a Building Coordinator to assist 2 Managers on all day to day activities related to building, badging, invoicing, supplies, mailroom, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Assign tickets for immediate building/facilities tasks
- Schedule service and maintenance visits as needed
- Enter requests and invoices through the internal system
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Issue badges for new employees
- Assist with mailing requests and oversee mailroom
- Accounting support for Facilities invoices
- Breakroom supplies/facilities supplies orders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a support role
- Experience using systems for communication and invoicing
- Excellent communication, both verbally and written
- Able to work M-F on site
- Able to multitask
- Great customer service and highly professional demeanor
