Payroll & Benefits Manager
TalentoHC is confidentially partnering with an organization seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of HR, this role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulations while enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead Open Enrollment and benefits administration, driving high employee participation.
- Oversee compliance reporting (EEO1, AAP, Vets 4212) and maintain 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance to resolve benefit invoicing discrepancies.
- Provide employee support on payroll and benefits, maintaining high satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 4-5 years of payroll/benefits management experience.
- Strong accounting, compliance, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Paycom, Cornerstone).
