The Role:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play an active role in driving growth and development in the assigned region and entire recruitment lifecycle, owning and managing a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels for both candidates and clients. You will be offered upskill in all areas of candidate sourcing and business development efforts to ensure you conduct yourself and your business the Talento way. In your role, your objectives are to develop business relationships from conception through strategized client outreach, and cater to your clients staffing requirements whilst managing and developing the ongoing growth of your client relationships. You will serve as the client contact during Kickoffs, Calibrations, and Debrief meetings to understand client staffing needs and establish job requirements. Utilizing customer data, you'll proactively source and attract candidates through compelling outreach efforts, building a robust network. Additionally, you'll conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide comprehensive evaluations to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making. Through data analysis, you'll gain insights into metrics, supporting stakeholders with valuable information to optimize hiring strategies

How You Make an Impact:
In the role as a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key part in the conception, growth and development of key relationships within your technology focus of staffing and recruiting. You will proactively source and attract candidates using compelling outreaches, leveraging customer data to identify top talent and develop business relationships from conception through strategized client outreach, and cater to your clients’ staffing requirements whilst managing and developing the ongoing growth of your client relationships.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Engage in and help develop a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates and employees to exceed client expectations
  • Engage in, help develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the client’s needs and output requirement
  • Serve as a key evangelist and subject matter expert in Talent aligned with our vision with the local market, internal company associates and all who interact with this individual
  • Manage a projects list and report on status weekly for internal, customer or other initiatives 
  • Develop business cases, manage and execute on cross functional projects ensuring organizational progress & readiness in a high growth firm
  • Develop comprehensive customer development plan with weekly forecasting to achieve business objectives for assigned practice, vertical or geography.
  • Develops customer growth plans ensuring objectives are consistently met while measuring the correlation between satisfaction and revenue/gross profit objective; Develop detailed action plans for prospecting to drive coordinated outreach, meeting, events and other activities.
  • Successfully build relationships with prospect customers
  • Understand customer pain points and provide value to them through logically assembled information for them to consume and act on
  • Create proposals, statements of work and price opportunities; Articulate problem statements and create presentations/proposals on our approach to address pain points; Drive a solutions-based approach encompassing Talento services that create efficiency, new capabilities or lower costs.
  • Ensure the appropriate resourcing for customers to ensure the appropriate outcomes; Participate in attracting, developing, engaging & retaining associates; Obsess over the right resources for customer experience to be achieved.
  • Serve as a Recruiting expert to our customers’ HR business partners and hiring managers across multiple functional domains; Provide strategic insights, solutions, recommendations and overall execution support to ensure the Talento differentiation from mass market, transaction-centric vendors
  • Manage a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels, ensuring efficient hiring strategies. 
  • Reach out to prospective clients within your market focus to develop brand awareness and arrange meetings to sell our tailored service and establish job requirements. 
  • Serve as the go-to person for hiring managers throughout the duration of active hiring and thereafter to develop comprehensive and long-standing business relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations based on evaluations. 
  • Oversee the entire recruiting process, integrating customer requirements through sourcing, outreach, screening, submission, interviews, feedback all the way to offer and aftercare.
  • Act as a partner to your client to ensure full understanding of requirements with weekly check-ins to grow your business account  
  • Support the development of sourcing plans and tactics with other recruiters, researchers, and client managers.
  • Build and maintain external networks by actively sourcing both active and passive candidates and prospective clients.
  • Conduct structured interviews and document candidate screening through ATS. 
  • Use data to analyze, track, and support metrics for stakeholders. 
  • Communicate search progress, tactics, market talent supply, and candidate fit with hiring managers during meetings. 
  • Create search overview reports for clients, including market intelligence and activity summaries. 
  • Compile weekly lifecycle metrics and achievement against goals. 
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as needed. 

Experience and knowledge requirements for the role:

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Proven 360 recruitment experience with strong candidate and client relationship management and tactical planning and resourcing skills
  • Expertise in developing customer relationships and addressing customer pain points through effective solutions
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and talent management abilities, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment and lifecycle management
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction
  • Pride in delivering quality work, every time
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
