TalentoHC is partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support financial planning and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical and pharmacy claims trends for Medicare/Medicaid
- Develop risk adjustment models for revenue, cost, and utilization forecasting
- Support financial planning through actuarial modeling and risk assessments
- Utilize SQL to manage and analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to drive cost savings and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of actuarial/statistical experience, preferably in health insurance (Medicare)
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- ASA designation preferred
