Talento has partnered with a Global Toy Company seeking a Contract Global Employee Engagement Coordinator
This Employee Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing our workplace environment through innovative event planning and effective engagement strategies. Your efforts will help us celebrate milestones, foster a sense of community, and make our client a place where employees are excited to come to work every day.

Overview:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive global calendar to ensure seamless coordination with office managers and engagement committee members across all locations. Utilize advanced digital calendar platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and project management tools to keep everything organized and up-to-date.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of a variety of employee events, including internal and external gatherings, volunteer initiatives through Client's Non-profit, and company parties. Ensure every event runs smoothly and meets high standards of quality.

  • Handle the setup and organization of food and beverages for employee events and meetings. Your attention to detail will ensure that all catering needs are met and that each event is a culinary delight.

  • Create and maintain detailed inventory lists for swag, seasonal office decor, and general office decorations. Manage stock levels, coordinate reordering, and ensure that our office environments are always ready for any occasion.

  • Assist with updating and tracking expenditures to ensure compliance with financial guidelines and approval processes. Your meticulous approach will help us stay within budget and manage resources effectively.

  • Travel Required: Yes – Limited

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, event coordination, and or project coordination. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital calendar platforms and project management tools.
  • Prior experience in coordinating events and managing logistics is a plus.
  • A keen eye for maintaining accurate records and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
