The Role
The Lead Nurture & Engagement Analyst will be responsible for executing targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns on behalf of Talento’s CEO and executive team. This person will act as a digital extension of leadership, building connections with senior-level prospects across multiple industries while managing campaign execution, messaging refinement, and engagement tracking.
How you Make an Impact
In this role, you’ll support Talento’s business development and relationship-building goals by ensuring personalized, professional, and strategically timed outreach is executed with excellence.

- Run outbound email campaigns in HubSpot to executive audiences
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator
- Utilize Apollo for data enrichment, contact research, and campaign execution
- Log activity and engagement consistently within Bullhorn CRM
- Write and refine messaging templates for various industry verticals
- Track open rates, click-throughs, replies, and meeting conversions
- A/B test subject lines, copy, and send cadence to improve engagement
- Monitor replies and notify the CEO/leadership of positive interest
- Manage follow-up workflows and ensure clean CRM documentation
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Report daily/weekly performance data with key insights
Experience and Knowledge Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, or demand generation
- Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and Bullhorn
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially in crafting professional messaging
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage timelines and volume
- Bonus: Experience supporting senior executives or working in B2B/recruiting environments
- Fluent in English. Spanish preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
