TalentoHC is actively partnered with an enterprise organization seeking a Senior Media Manager on a 4+ months contract to cover a maternity leave.
The candidate, in close partnership with the Marketing & Media Team, will drive external agency partners to develop and execute paid advertising (Including search, social, display, OLV, linear video, audio, etc) with the goal of driving and capturing consumer demand and driving qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital & linear / traditional programs to expand our marketing reach, strengthen conversion and database growth, and drive revenue / leads / bookings.
- With the rest of the Media team, lead quarterly media strategies that drive operational and overall budget efficiencies.
- In partnership with the Media & Analytics teams and agency, establish KPIs, analyze campaign results, and deliver findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Manage monthly / annual budget and forecasting for assigned media channels.
- Collaborate with cross functional team inclusive of Marketing Ops in the development and usage of data infrastructure through AdTech products, as it relates to media implementation (CDP, LiveRamp, API integrations, etc.).
- Manages and collaborates with the Paid Media Analyst to ensure timely optimizations, accurate reporting, and media investment enhancements.
- Negotiate ad buys and budgets as needed with the agency team.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years marketing experience in media advertising with an emphasis on traditional (TV & radio) and also digital (paid social, search, display).

- Proven track record developing and executing ROI-focused media campaigns across various channels
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies
- Strong leadership & collaboration skills and ability to inspire team to perform
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to present to (senior) leadership
- Detail oriented with proven ability to move multiple projects forward cross functionally
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
