The Role
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts through advanced sourcing and research methodologies. You will apply cognitive thinking practices and data-driven techniques to identify and map qualified candidates for open roles. Using neuronal methodology, you'll assess patterns in candidate behavior and qualifications to determine potential alignment with organizational and role-specific requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates and compile detailed profiles to support recruiters in their outreach and engagement efforts. You will work through structured processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of candidate identification strategies and contribute insights to help shape talent acquisition plans. This role will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of recruiters and customer experience managers. You will represent Talento by contributing research, analytics, and strategic sourcing support to help drive recruiting success—without direct engagement with candidates.

How you make in impact
You will act as a market and talent mapping expert, delivering research-driven strategies to support recruiting teams.

  • Conduct comprehensive talent mapping to identify candidate pools aligned with current and future hiring needs
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies for each assigned role or customer
  • Perform data validation and audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with TAM (Talent Acquisition Methodology)
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor benchmarks to inform sourcing approaches
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques—including Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent databases, and social platforms—to identify potential candidates
  • Build detailed candidate profiles with insights into experience, career trajectory, and qualifications
  • Prepare initial screening summaries based on research findings for use by Recruiting Advisors
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and provide actionable insights using data and performance metrics
  • Stay up to date on sourcing tools and methodologies to continuously improve processes
  • Draft compelling, research-based messaging templates and strategies for Recruiting Advisors to use in outreach
  • Collaborate with recruiters and client teams to align on role requirements, sourcing plans, and talent pools
  • Translate research into clear written and verbal reports outlining industry structures, talent flows, and market dynamics

Experience and knowledge requirements for the Sourcer:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math preferred
  • Experience with cognitive research application to understand candidate motivation
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies independently
  • Track record of problem solving through critical thinking
  • Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction
  • Ability to retain information and continuously apply knowledge to produce results
  • Desire to continuously develop and grow and pride in delivering quality work, every time
  • Fluent in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
