TalentoHC is partnered with a growing PE-backed enterprise organization seeking an AR Specialist temp for 3+ months to support accounting operations through year-end.
Support the Collections and Chargebacks teams in managing customer accounts for a global toy business. Reports to the Accounting Manager, helping ensure timely, accurate internal reporting and adherence to company/SEC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the weekly AR aging tracker and reflect new receipts
- Prepare weekly customer statements
- Research and resolve missing EDI invoices
- Maintain the pending deduction tracker
- Gather documentation to support and resolve chargebacks/deductions
Qualifications
- 1+ year of AR/finance experience
- Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
