- Contribute to the development of best practices in financial analytics, data visualization, and reporting standards.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure analytics solutions are aligned with enterprise goals and scalable across departments.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support cost control, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Navigate evolving business needs through structured problem-solving and forward-looking insights.
- Foster a data-driven culture and support leadership in making informed, strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analytics, data visualization, and team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, and data warehousing concepts.
- PL-300 certification preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (EBS experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Excellent analytical, auditing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to develop strategies that mitigate risk.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and develop solutions where precedents may not exist.
