Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location: Medellín, Colombia (On-site, 5 days per week)
Role Overview:
The Salesforce Solutions Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with strategic business objectives. This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership of technical resources to ensure the success of Salesforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the technical architecture for Salesforce solutions that meet enterprise-scale requirements.

Align the Salesforce roadmap with business goals and evolving needs across departments.

Guide and mentor Salesforce Administrators and Engineers to ensure best practices and high-quality implementations.

Oversee the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.

Design solutions across multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Leverage development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.

Implement and manage integrations with third-party platforms using APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).

Lead data migration strategies and ensure data integrity using ETL tools and Salesforce Data Loader.

Maintain adherence to Salesforce security standards, including user roles, sharing rules, and field-level access.

Conduct audits, analyze upcoming releases, and assess their impact on the Salesforce environment.

Stay current with platform innovations and emerging Salesforce technologies to continuously improve architecture strategy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, including deep CRM/CPQ domain knowledge.

Expertise in Salesforce architecture and design principles across multiple clouds and products.

Proficiency in custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce DX.

Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale Salesforce projects and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and compliance standards.

Experience using DevOps tools like Gearset, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide scalable solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams.

Agile/SCRUM experience is preferred.
