Overview
Talento Human Capital has partnered with a global entertainment and lifestyle brand to find a Brand Manager in Marketing Operations. This person will play a key role in keeping the marketing team running smoothly, owning workflows, coordinating across teams, and building systems that help campaigns come together seamlessly.
 

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Airtable as the central platform for marketing operations, including workflows, automations, and reporting
  • Build and optimize scalable systems to improve visibility and cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and implement processes that support campaign execution from concept through launch
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance and workflow efficiency
  • Lead end-to-end project management for brand campaigns
  • Develop and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and review cycles
  • Ensure alignment across Brand, Creative, E-commerce, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects stay on track
  • Oversee production workflows and ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external agencies
  • Train and onboard team members on systems, tools, and best practices
  • Support budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and PO processes
  • Build presentations and materials for leadership
  • Manage project approvals and documentation
 
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or similar role
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Advanced experience with Airtable (building systems, workflows, and automations)
  • Proven ability to build and scale operational processes across teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in consumer brands, entertainment, or creative environments preferred
  • Airtable certification or equivalent experience preferred
 
 

Salary
Base: $100K – $125K
