About the Opportunity
TalentoHC is partnering with a leading brand management company to identify an experienced Contract Administrator to join their NYC-based team. This role is integral to the management and administration of the company’s licensing agreement platform, providing critical support across legal, finance, business, and brand teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in trademark licensing and a proven ability to manage high volumes of complex contract data in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enter complex licensing contract data into the company’s contract management platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all records.

Review executed agreements for accuracy, flagging discrepancies and coordinating with relevant internal teams for resolution.

Track and manage critical contract deadlines, renewals, and updates, proactively communicating upcoming milestones to stakeholders.

Organize and maintain contract documentation in a structured, audit-ready manner, handling all sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Generate reports on contract status, key terms, and portfolio activity for legal, finance, and business teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, business, and brand teams to support all aspects of the licensing lifecycle.
Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in contract administration, data entry, or licensing.

Trademark licensing agreement experience required.

Experience with a contract management platform preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage high volumes of contract data in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills and a process-driven approach to contract lifecycle management.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across legal, finance, and business teams.
Salary Range (Commensurate with Experience): $95,000 – $115,000 base + bonus
