About the Opportunity

TalentoHC is partnering with a leading restaurant organization seeking a Contract Manager, Supply Chain to join its team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, supporting promotional launches, and mitigating supply chain risks across a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, along with a proven ability to drive execution and solve complex operational challenges.

This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders while supporting initiatives that drive operational excellence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product supply continuity and proactively address supply chain disruptions and risks.
  • Partner with suppliers, procurement teams, and distribution partners to maintain service levels and inventory availability.
  • Support new product introductions, promotional launches, and limited-time offer (LTO) initiatives.
  • Develop and manage timelines to ensure successful execution of supply chain projects.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, quality assurance, and supplier partners to align on product launches and inventory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support distribution planning to optimize product flow.
  • Manage relationships with distribution centers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Support supplier negotiations, pricing reviews, and cost management initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and supply chain optimization.
  • Resolve supply, inventory, and distribution issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, or foodservice operations.
  • Strong experience managing supplier and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience supporting product launches, promotional planning, or inventory management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
