Peter Gosule, a founder and Managing Partner of The PeterSan Group Powered by Talento, has been a leader in legal search since 1985, specializing in retained and contingent in-house searches for global corporations. He has placed attorneys at all levels, including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, and Heads of Litigation, across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, aerospace, consumer products, and manufacturing. A graduate of SUNY Albany with a degree in Psychology and a former college basketball player, Peter is deeply involved in community activities and national charities. Residing on Long Island with his wife, he’s an avid golfer and a passionate supporter of Boston and New York sports teams.

Peter Goldfeder, a Founder and Managing Partner of The PeterSan Group Powered by Talento, has been a legal search consultant since 1987, specializing in both contingent and retained searches for attorneys at all levels with Global Corporations and Law Firms. In addition to his work at The PeterSan Group, Peter manages PeterSan Legal Staffing, a leading temporary legal placement firm, serving major law firms and corporations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from Syracuse University and previously worked at Shearson Lehman Brothers and Drexel Trading Corporation.
