Sr. Manager, FP&A

About the Opportunity
One of our clients is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A. This is a highly visible role partnering with executive leadership and department heads, with a real opportunity to build and scale FP&A processes as the business grows.

What You'll Do

• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast in partnership with executive leadership
• Own and enhance the three-statement model, long-range plan, and scenario analysis
• Oversee monthly variance analysis and surface trends, risks, and opportunities across financial, operational, and commercial data
• Build models that assess the impact of cost, supplier, and process decisions, including inventory
• Prepare the financial content for board materials
• Standardize FP&A processes and evaluate new tools to improve forecasting and reporting
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects with Accounting and other teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's a plus)
• 10+ years of progressive experience, with a strong background in FP&A, modeling, forecasting, and board reporting
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; biopharma or life sciences a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills and a detail-oriented, partnership-driven approach
