Accounts Payable Representative

Overview
We are looking for an account payable representative to join our client’s global gaming company. Join a team ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This entry-level role focuses on invoice management, vendor communication, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices into the purchasing system accurately.
- Communicate with vendors and team members to resolve payment issues.
- Reconcile vendor statements, researching discrepancies or unmatched invoices.
- Sort, scan, and archive AP-related mail; prepare and mail checks per payment schedules.
- Support the Accounts Payable Manager in streamlining payment workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience, ideally in a large team.
- Strong interpersonal skills for vendor and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and high attention to detail.

Pay Range: $26.40–$33.97 USD/hour
