TalentoHC is actively partnered with an enterprise level organization actively seeking an Accounting Transformation Manager to join their dynamic Accounting team.
Overview:
Join a leading enterprise’s accounting team to drive process improvements, automation, and SOX?compliant controls that align finance operations with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for accounting transformation projects
- Analyze and streamline existing processes, partnering with IT, data teams, and accounting operations
- Lead project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications
- Design and enforce standardized procedures and internal controls
- Champion automation of manual tasks to boost accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and SOX requirements
- Track results, refine strategies, and sustain continuous improvement
- Provide guidance, training, and change?management support to accounting staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years in accounting/finance, including 3+ years leading transformation or change?management initiatives
- Strong project?management, analytical, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of accounting standards, controls, and ERP systems
- Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with system implementations preferred
