Reliability Analyst – Fleet Operations
Overview:
Talento has partnered with a global airline searching for a Reliability Analyst to join their Technical Operations Department under the leadership of the Director of Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in Company Safety Management System
- Identify trends that can impact the enabling programs and develop corrective actions to present to management.
- Track aircraft performance to identify reoccurring discrepancies
- Review paperwork generated by Maintenance to identify trends
- Coordinate maintenance activity with other departments
- Review operational delays and look for systemic issues
- Responsible for managing, creating, ordering and distributing software parts in support of their enabling program
- Identify and report discrepancies noted in the enabling software parts program
- Create and Present reports on the enabling software program to leadership
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate
- A&P License
- 3+ years of experience in aviation
- Analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
