Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to provide financial planning and analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to protect financial integrity.
- Manage cost accounting and inventory processes, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
- Mentor junior accounting team members to support professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist with audits, regulatory compliance, and external reporting requirements.
- Analyze manufacturing performance, including product costing, variances, and margins, and provide strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in cost accounting, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
