Contract, hybrid in Miami
The Business & Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role within the Global Sourcing & Supply Chain team, providing analytical and operational support across Procurement, Logistics, and Sourcing. This position drives process improvements, supports strategic initiatives, and develops insights that enhance efficiency, performance, and decision-making across global supply chain functions. The role offers exposure to diverse categories such as Food & Beverage, Hotel, IT, Technical, Marketing, Retail, Air Travel, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and project-level support to Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, and Sourcing teams.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Create executive-ready presentations that summarize findings and highlight financial and strategic impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across global brands to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct cost-benefit, market, and “what-if” analyses to support sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Support the maintenance and governance of master data in sourcing systems such as Oracle, Ariba, and Coupa.
- Collaborate with systems and finance teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of savings and value-added initiatives.
- Develop interactive dashboards and process maps to drive operational visibility and improvement.
- Assist with eSourcing events and other strategic sourcing activities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain, procurement, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and creating concise, executive-level presentations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams, influence without authority, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or CPSM are desirable but not required.
- Interest or experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
