Senior Business Systems Analyst
Key Responsibilities:

Applies analytical processes to plan, design, and implement technology systems and solutions aligned with business requirements.

Defines, designs, and implements strategic technology business solutions.

Leads multiple small to mid-sized system implementations and initiatives.

Modifies systems including testing, debugging, and installing application support systems.

Develops measurable and actionable strategies to accelerate implementation through optimized workflows and processes.

Partners with operations to translate business ideas into clear, measurable technical requirements.

Collaborates with other Business Systems Analysts to identify, research, and evaluate enterprise applications and technologies.

Supports strategic Technology and Digital initiatives organization-wide.

Translates business needs into technical requirements.

Optimizes existing system implementations and troubleshoots reported issues.

Applies working knowledge of relational databases, web, and client-server concepts.

Relies on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Sciences, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.

Experience with EPIC and/or Cerner Revenue Cycle Management systems, including building, configuring, and troubleshooting.

Experience in medium-sized, fast-paced healthcare organizations.

Self-motivated and capable of quickly learning new concepts and job requirements.

Proven project leadership for small to medium-scale projects.
-
Basic budget forecasting skills; ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Basic vendor management and risk mitigation experience.
-
Competency in basic system vulnerability management.
-
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
