Remote Corporate Recruiter (East Coast)
Talento has partnered with a large aviation organization on a search for multiple remote contract recruiters for a 3 month engagement. As a high-volume recruiter, you will ensure the organization swiftly attracts, selects, and onboards large numbers of high-performing team members to meet their growth and strategic goals. You will drive the talent acquisition process by understanding the company’s operational needs, developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and creating streamlined, scalable recruiting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to quickly grasp their immediate and ongoing talent needs, developing dynamic talent acquisition strategies for high-volume hiring.
- Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands, anticipating high-volume periods and ensuring a ready supply of candidates.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, managing multiple open roles simultaneously with a focus on speed and quality.
- Leverage multi-channel sourcing strategies, including internet recruiting, employee referrals, social media, job boards, job fairs, and other creative channels to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Actively engage in sourcing both active and passive candidates, driving diversity and creativity in your sourcing approach to meet high-volume needs.
- Lead or support continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that recruiting processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with high-volume demands.
- Implement strategies to streamline and automate the recruitment process, minimizing time-to-hire while maximizing candidate quality.
- Assist in the development of the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track, measure, and report on key recruiting metrics, including pipeline volume, candidate flow, time-to-hire, and recruitment channel effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain SLAs with hiring managers, regularly reviewing the effectiveness of recruitment plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor candidate quality and continuously optimize sourcing strategies to meet volume targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years recruiting experience
- Experience in aviation or similar fast-paced industries is highly preferred
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express and logically articulate point of view.
- Must be a highly organized individual, able to work independently and capable of working in a fast paced/deadline driven environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and embrace change in an evolving organization driven by multiple deadlines.
- May travel as needed
