We’re looking for a data-savvy CRM specialist who can turn numbers into insights and insights into action. In this role, you’ll analyze campaign performance across email, direct mail, and web, helping to drive customer engagement and conversions. You’ll work with multiple data sources, create compelling reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze CRM datasets using SQL and tools like Google BigQuery, Excel, and SAS.
- Build reports and dashboards in Tableau, Looker, and Google Analytics to track performance.
- Share actionable recommendations with stakeholders to improve campaigns and customer experience.
- Partner with marketing, e-commerce, creative, and IT teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
- Streamline and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 2–4 years in CRM, marketing analytics, or a similar data-focused role
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and Looker
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data
- Bonus: website tagging knowledge and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs
