TalentoHC is actively partnered with an enterprise level organization seeking a Director, FP&A to join their Finance team.

The Director of FPA will partner with executive leadership, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to support decision-making and business growth. This high-impact role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to align with company objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess company performance, operational efficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop financial models for performance evaluation, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Partner with key departments (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet financial targets and identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing strategies.
  • Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Enhance financial reporting tools and drive automation for improved data analysis.
  • Assess business trends, pricing strategies, and market changes for financial impact.
  • Oversee capital expenditure planning and evaluate ROI on major investments.
  • Provide financial support for M&A activities, new business ventures, and strategic projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning in a high-growth setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems, with a focus on automation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
