Job Title: Finance and Administration Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Administration Leader to lead our client financial department. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and driving strategic profitability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management
- Oversee and execute all financial activities including accounting, treasury, budgeting, and financial analysis.
2. Budgeting
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring they align with strategic goals and enable efficient resource allocation.
3. Financial Analysis
- Perform regular financial analyses to assess company performance and support the CEO in defining corrective and contingency plans.
4. Treasury Management
- Manage banking relationships, accounts receivable/payable, investments, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
5. Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and shareholders.
6. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulatory requirements, working closely with tax and legal advisors.
7. Financial Institution Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure and manage credit lines and other financial services.
8. Audits
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to standards and driving continuous improvement.
9. Policy Development
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to promote transparency and sound financial practices.
10. Risk Management
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential negative impacts on the company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in finance and management roles.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Advanced analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with financial management tools and software.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bilingual in English – Spanish.
