Overview:
Talento has partnered with global corporation headquartered in Fort Lauderdale in search of a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial strategies to enhance the company's financial health. The analyst will work closely with the finance team and other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on financial performance.
- Monitor and evaluate financial results against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage vendor invoices and track budgets to ensure proper financial controls.
- Support month-end activities and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
- Support the development of financial strategies and long-term plans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
